BeiYa (蓓芽BEIYA) is a free online bead pattern generator that turns any image into a grid-based perler bead pattern with color codes. It supports 9 bead brands — Perler, Hama, Artkal (including C Mini, Hard, and Soft), Nabbi, MARD, and IKEA Pyssla — plus a 48-color universal palette (1,177 color cards, 988 unique color codes), and exports PNG, JPG, PDF, and Excel shopping lists. Image conversion runs locally in your browser — original images are never uploaded. Operated by Hubei Xintao Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.

Copyright & IP Complaints

This notice is available in Chinese and English only. The English version is shown below. — 本页仅提供中文与英文版本,以下为英文版。

This site (beiyapd.com, “the Service”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content accessible on the Service infringes your rights, you may file a complaint using the process described on this page. We act on valid notices promptly.

Complaints email

Subject line: [IP Complaint] + title of the work

1. Who may file

The owner of a copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right, or an agent authorized by that owner, may file a complaint.

We only handle complaints about content on this Service. If your concern is about content on another platform, please contact that platform.

2. What your notice must contain

So that we can verify and act, please include all of the following in your email. We cannot act on incomplete notices; we will reply telling you what is missing.

  • Your name (or the name of the rights holder) and valid contact details (email and phone);
  • Whether you are the rights holder or an authorized agent — agents must attach proof of authorization;
  • Proof of your rights: a copyright registration certificate, trademark registration, patent certificate, or other evidence of ownership;
  • The **exact location** of the allegedly infringing content, as a full URL. “One of your patterns” is not something we can locate;
  • Which right you say is infringed, and on what basis;
  • A statement of accuracy: that your notice is truthful and that you accept legal responsibility for a notice that is not;
  • If you are filing for a company or institution, please state that and attach a stamped copy (a scan or photo is fine).

3. How we handle it

On receiving a compliant notice, we review it for completeness and substance. If it passes, we will remove, block, or disable access to the content as appropriate, to stop the harm from spreading.

We will reply to the contact details you provide with the outcome.

  • Timeline: we aim to complete initial handling within 48 hours of receiving a complete notice;
  • We may email you to verify details — please watch for our reply;
  • For notices that are clearly unfounded (missing documents, a URL that does not exist, unclear ownership) we will explain why and decline.

4. Counter-notice (for the user whose content was removed)

If content you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice.

A counter-notice must identify you and provide contact details, the location of the removed content, your reasons and evidence that it is not infringing, and a statement accepting legal responsibility for an untrue statement.

On receiving a valid counter-notice we will forward it to the complainant and, within a reasonable period, restore the content — unless the complainant has started legal or administrative proceedings over the same content and provided evidence of that.

5. Bad-faith complaints

We welcome legitimate enforcement, but we do not accept use of this process to hamper competitors or harass other users.

Where a complainant repeatedly files notices knowing the content is not infringing, forges proof of rights, or uses complaints to extract undue advantage, we will decline to act and reserve our legal rights. A complainant is liable for losses caused to us or to users by a bad-faith notice.

6. How we use your information

Information you provide is used only to handle this complaint and any related dispute. We do not use it for other purposes.

To the extent necessary, however, we will forward the substance of the complaint and your contact details to the user concerned so that they can respond — this is an inherent part of a notice-and-takedown process, and you should be aware of it.

7. General

This page, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, forms the agreement between you and the Service. Where this page and the Terms of Service differ, this page governs the complaints process.

We may update this page as the law changes; an update takes effect when published here.

This page describes our complaints process; it is not legal advice.
